Since the company's inception in 1989, DCCB has been dedicated to bringing professionals from all over the world to give Denton area dancers the opportunity to study from the best. CHRIS KOEHL HIP HOP MASTER CLASS

A born & raised Texan who launched his career after competing on the Fox reality TV show “So You Think You Can Dance season 8.” Since then he has worked in all avenues of the dance industry: music videos, or award shows, TV shows, etc. Shows such as: glee, shake it up, bonehead, and. He has worked with artists such as: Skrillex, Jermaine Jackson, Aloe blacc, & more. Chris began teaching himself hip hop as a young teen and around his senior year of high school decided to pursue dance as his professional career. Now Chris is traveling teaching master classes, choreographing, & is living in LA as a professional actor and dancer pursue his dreams.

THOM CLOWER SPRING BALLET INTENSIVE, APRIL 3-7, 2017
Known as one of the most energetic and inspiring teachers across the country, Thom Clower's "evangelistic" approach to teaching has touched the lives and careers of dancers across the country for over 35 years. Wit extensive training in Vaganova, Balanchine, Cechetti, and Bournonville, Mr. Clower combines the qualities of each one of these styles to present a technique that is true and versatile.
Since 2002, Thom Clower has traveled around the world as a free-lance teacher. Mr. Clower's work has included regional companies and schools, Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Atlanta Ballet, as a regular guest at Broadway Dance Center. He was the Ballet Master for Dallas Ballet, Artistic Director of Ballet Dallas, Ballet Master for Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and Artistic Director of Yuma Ballet in Arizona. He also serves as the Ballet Master for Young! Tanzsomer's Austrian Tours, and was Associate Ballet Master for Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo on their Australian/New Zealand Tour.
